One easy solution would be to at least change the rims, that alone makes a car stand out. Have the glass tinted, install a good aftermarket stero system. that's just for starters.

YES= check with paint shops, I've seen a car painted with physicadelic colors and when the car turns the colors on it shows different colors and design, last time I saw it was in western washington, somewhere near Kent, wa.
