There is this really cool guy I like and we are exactly alike, and we are great friends, but I like him for more than friends, but I he says that he dont do high school dating, but i heard he dose love someone but I dont know who it is, and we were in the spring play together and he would always get real close to me, and at the cast party he would always stare at me. Dose he like me or what?

Sounds like he's got an interest in you. But you've gotta let him know you have an interest in him as well. Flrit with him a little, hang out a little more. Flirt to the accidently brush up against eachother type thing.
See if you're picking up the good vibrations saying he likes you. Then to support it, try having a friend do a little inside work.
Have a friend talk to him, ask him if he likes anyone try and get a name out of him. You're better off having someone who he doesn't know you're good friends with.

You may be who he is referring to when he says he loves someone. The only way to find out for sure is be mature and have a very candid conversation with him. Tell him how you feel and see if he feels the same way. You are both young and have raging hormones so tread lightly. He may be just a little shy about talking to girls, most guys are. Guard yourself in case he tells you some thing you don't want to hear, it' not the end of the world if he's not the one for you.

I would say he does like you. I think whats going on is, if he has a g/f already he may be feeling confused about his feelings. Ask him if he is dating anyone and if not would he enjoy having dinner with you. At dinner, ask him if he would like to date. Life is too short to live with regret, you will still have a friend if he says no. Take care Heather

I am probably a bit older than you but I have been through it all when it comes to relationships. Bottom line is- speak to people openly. Be this guys friend if that all he can handle at this point in his life. Trust me guys will come and go in your life. If this guy is meant to be a part of your life he will be. Dont try to make something happen. Let what is supposed to happen at its own pace.

maybe he likes you, which is more likely, but maybe not since you say you're great friends, maybe he's just attracted to you, its hard to say. But if he does like you, if he really doesnt want to do high school dating he most likely wont. As far as him and another girl, I'd just keep doing what you're doing, and stay away from any pressure on him.

Sounds like he's playing games. Probably want to get in your pants. Give him the cold shoulder a while and start dating. It'll open his eyes really quickly if he does like you!

By telling you he dosn't do high school dating he was probobly saying that he just didn't want to go out with you. But he could also be saying that he does and is just nervous.
