You can't just come out and say you love her, you've gotta give her a try in the dating scene. Go up to her, with flowers and tell her that for along time you've held strong feelings for her and you were wondering if she'd like to take the relationship to the next step.

If you guys are that close, chances are, she'll say yes. See how it feels, if it feels that good then tell her you love her. There's a good chance she'll feel the same way.

Good luck

Myself and my husband started out as friends. My feelings for him grew stronger and stronger, finally, I asked him to go out with me to the movies and dinner, he said yes. Now, we are married have been for 14 years and together 3 before that, and it just keeps getting better and better, ever year. We still are and always will be best friends!!! And we discover more and more about each other every day.. Good Luck And I Say Ask Her Out!!!

Well i was in this situation before. I thought that i fell in love with one of my friends and i really wanted to know if he had the same feelings toward me. The way i did it was by hanging out with him more and more. I also began to flirt....touching his arm and trying to hold his hand. Eventually i did tell him that i had feeling for him...more than friends and i told him to tell me if he had them too. He Said no. I was not discouraged though. We still remained friends and things have never changed...i guess the only way to find out is if u just ask...so go for it!!!! Best of Luck

Just tell her, you have known her for so long so if it does come out that she just wants to stay good friends then there should be no animosity between you. You can't lose, and you never know, she may actually be thinking the same way, good luck =)

Here's what you do.

You write a note telling her what you feel. You give it to her with a single red rose and walk away. In the note, if you want to, ask her out. But don't tell her to reply through note. Later, ask her again face to face. This gives her time to think about it, and it's still sincere.

-Best of luck

I think that it's best to stay friends because if you say you love her after all this time, it will change the friendship, and she'll distance herself. Stay friends as you always have been and she'll be a best friend forever!

I have been in a similar situation.

Its very simple. if you love her for who she is and nothing else, like you don't want her for her body, then tell her that you want to be with her. That you love her for who she is inside and out. That you wouldn't change anything about her what so ever. Also you just tell her how you feel, that you believe that everything is coming from your heart. Hopefully This help answer you question, GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell her how you feel. The best long term relationships come from being best friends to begin with.
