My situation is, I accidentally misjudged a yellow light and ended up in the middle of the intersection, when the light turned red, and this is one of those intersections with the red light camera's, that take a picutre of your plate, and then you get mailed a ticket.

However, I wasnt the only one, and the other person, MAY have been blocking my plate, to the camera, or may have set it off before my plate was in view.

The address on my license and registration is old, although I do have my mail forwarded with the post office. But I just dont trust the post office, to deffinitely forward it correctly, esspecially cause it's been like 5 months since the move.

So, I want to figure out how I can check to make 100% sure that I dont have an outstanding ticket.

Find out what jurisdiction those camera ticket things give tickets in. For example if it's under a city court or county court. Then call that courthouse and ask if you have any outstanding traffic tickets. They will be able to tell you.

The list is free because it is public record. The only way to know if you have a ticker is to call and ask. Then just pay the fine. Traffic courts are very busy and asking and innocent question, explaining your circumstances should yield you an answer without a lot of problems.

Call up the police station that handles the area where you think you might have tripped the camera and give them your name and license number and they can check for outstanding tickets.

These attorneys get lists of offenders daily! They pay for them. Then they offer their services, which can be a great deal if you can spare the $100-$200! You never have to see a courtroom!

When the tickets are placed on the court docket they become public record...from there they get your address and send you a solicitation to represent you...plain and simple

It's a matter of public record. They troll court records every day.
