Is there anything we could help you with, something needed to be calrified, discussing a problem or whatever?

Don't get shy this is your right and it's our DUTY to help you as much as we can.

I think most of R & S guys has a relative high IQ so I'd be grateful if ONLY new muslims answer this question.

Councilman- if u cud find a book called 'fazaile amaal' tht wud be gr8 coz it contains many authentic hadiths on virtues of salaat,zikr,ramadan,zakat n hajj. it has 2 parts the other is caled 'fazaile sadaqah'
Universal Guy-For men, it is the middle part of the body from navel to knee. These parts must never be exposed to any other person (except in case of genuine need e.g. medical treatment). In addition, the cloth must be neither see-through nor tight fitting. men are also required not to wear their lower garments below the ankle.
tabitha- islam doesnt intend 2 gve its followers a hard time.......its jus like learnin a new lang. u dunno anythin wen u start skool rite? go slowly. there r many books on how 2 pray both in english n arabic. ull learn only wen u make mistakes, plus Allah loves da one who continues 2 strive in his path 4 religious knowledge. I've actually only converted to Islam about a month and a half ago. I feel that I have gained a much greater understanding of Islam in that time, but I also know that there is so much more to learn. For starters, I'm already beginning to learn how to read and write Arabic, and I'm already well into reading the Qur'an. I would, however, like information on the Hadiths (where can I find them both on-line and off-line).

Do Islam and Christianity have different origins?
No. Together with Judaism, they go back to the prophet and
patriarch Abraham, and their three prophets are directly
descended form his son--Muhammad `peace be upon him' from the
eldest, Ishmael, and Moses and Jesus `peace be upon them'
from the Issac. Abraham established the settlement which
today is the holy city of Makkah, and built the Ka'ba towards
which all Muslims turn when they pray.

Yeah, even though I'm not Muslim yet. What is the rule about the dress codes? Do men really have to cover up theri navel all the time, even at the beach?

I have lots of unanswered questions...it's scary because I want to know everything I feel that I need a mentor or something I am not sure what the muslim population is around me but I am quite sure its small. I have my strong faith in Allah but being new it's sometimes discouraging....for instance, I can't do salat I don't know how to say it in Arabic or even what to do.

okay i have a question why does your religion allow them to get away with murder why do you guys kill people bc of self defense or bc they have switch religions?
