Why did God all of a sudden not show up in a burning bush or on a mountain? Why was it only back in the beginnings of time?

Most theologians believe that miracles were rare even in Biblical times. Usually God performed miracles only when he was about to give a new revelation through a prophet to show that this prophet really spoke for God. Since the Bible is complete, there is no need for new miracles.

The book of Revelations seems to predict that there will be two miracle workers in the last days, right before the world ends, so be on the look out for them (Revelation 11:1-14).

Listen carefully everyone. These ARE bible days!
Scriptures are being fulfilled as we speak!

Go look carefully at the world headlines and then read this scripture.

Psalm 83:1-8 A Song or Psalm of Asaph. Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.

Millions of book titles become outdated every single year, but the oldest book of all becomes more relevant with each passing day.

There is now a Muslim/Arab confederacy dedicated to wiping out Israel.

There was no source of light then at that time except that which is coming from the lightning, the sun and the volcano. Now we gas line connected to our homes, now, we have the newspapers, magazines, radio, internet and television sets where there are many claiming to be representatives of God.
I do not think my God will remain Old fashion. Bible times keep on happening you just stop seeing it.

After Christ came to save the world from sin, it was a new age. "church age". It was to be by faith alone that one would become saved.

Please keep in mind that Satan and God are in this big Good and Evil war against each other to which God ultimately wins.... but Satan is having his kicks. If Satan went to God about Job and said that Job was only faithful because God blessed him with all those things.... and God said, fine....take away those things from Job and he will still follow me, what then if Satan said, no one will believe you without miracles and appearances... God said "wanna bet?"

Biblical times is still happening, people just have been too spiritually blind to see it. Go to www.williambranham.com & see what God did back in the 1930's 1940's 1950's & 1960's. & then you can go to www.fachurch.org & see what God is doing now.

Recognizing that they were global thought leaders at the front of the avante garde, god chose revealing himself to pre-bronze age Cannaite goatherds as the surest way of getting his message to the most credible reporters for dissemination. Obviously an appearance on NBC Nightly News pales in comparison.

Jesus said, "It is finished"
The old test was a shadow of Jesus. Everything is /was about Jesus dying on the cross for our sins.
Not more need for the burning bush stuff. It is finished.
That isn't to say God isn't still working! I've seen some amazing God stuff, he's real, he's there and he loves you.

Because Biblical times are over. Why do you think? Man is no longer acceptant of God's appearances, so that's why He doesn't do it anymore.
