Your eyelashes have a set length to which they grow until they reach their "resting point" and fall out. After this a new eyelash will begin to grow in the old ones place. All of you eyelashes are at a different point in their growing cycle so that you are constantly losing and growing new hairs. By cutting or trimming your eyelashes you have simply removed some of their length. If the lash that you cut was fully mature and at its resting point it will likely fall out when it is ready, if not it may continue to grow for a bit (but never reaching its full potential length since you trimmed the end). However doing this will not keep your lashes from growing back and it will not make your lashes grow any longer than they would normally grow. Hope this helps! :)

Don't do it. The only way eyelashes grow back is if you lose them. I've burnt my eyelashes trying to like an pilot and it took years to finally get them back to normal.

Yes they will grow back. They are always falling out anyway. And that means they are always replaced. Why do you think you get eyelashes in your eyes?

DON'T CUT THEM! I'd imagine they can grow back, just as they must if they fall out after rubbing your eye, or after being lost due to an illness.
However, it will take some time to grow back, and may not be as long, full, or the same as before....

DO NOT CUT YOUR EYELASHES!!! My friend cut hers(no idea why..it looked hilarious though LoL sorry!!) like 2 years ago and they're still not back to normal....well maybe they are i haven't seen her in a while.. Just trust me don't do it!

yea they will grow back to the same length they originally were or longer and why the hell would you cut your eyelashes off?!

If u do that u can go blind. Eyelashes protect ur eyes from dirt getting in ur eye or sun.

Theres no set answer on this subject. WHY would u cut them off? Hair grows like eveyrone else's, slow and steady.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO don't do that!! It doen't work that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lashes are genetically engineered to be the length they are NOW, blame your parents. Once cut you have to wait for ages as it's not like cutting them will stimulate growth you will have to wait for the ones in a growth cycle, not all hair is at the same time, and you will look goofy!!!!
