and why are so many leaders of the church hypocrites. Don't tell me, oh, everyone sins either. HYPOCRITES except for SUNDAY?

I believe in God but a lot of his followers are nut cases.

There are hypocrites in every aspect of society...not just religion. But yes, there are many people in every religion who just do the bare minimum: going to church on Sunday (or whatever their holy day is), praying occasionally, and not living what they preach.
And yes, I will tell you...everybody sins and falls short of the glory of God. Those who ask for forgiveness and change their ways are the ones who are truly devoted followers of Christ (or whoever their prophet/leader is).
