Tony Blair has a lot more in common with old Adolf than meets the eye, hates smoking, banned foxhunting, does not like private ownership of firearms ('cause he is scarred of a revolt) and has an electronic Gestapo instead of leather coated thugs.(please excuse my spelling).

Adolf Hitler and his Nazis could not have won the Battle of Britain if Tony Blair had been PM back in c1940. The reason is that TB is no different than Winston when it comes to matters of war. Not only that, the modern day youth of Britain are far better intellectually and physically to fight a war than my father's or my own generation.
I and also the veterans of WW2, whom I have spoken to, have absolute faith in this generation of the young, to defend our Island of Britain, should the need arise.
You must always assume that the Celts, and Blair is one, will always go to war whenever they hear the trumpet sound.

Wars are won by the military - not politicians. If Blair had been PM he might have launched an offensive on the Western Front in support of the Poles in 1939 and Germany would have been defeated.
P.S. Point of fact: The Tories didn't want Churchill to be the PM in 1940 - they preferred Lord Halifax. His appointment was forced on them by the Labour opposition.
P.P.S. Iused tolook.... Another point of information: Churchill banned foxhunting during world War 2.

By the time he had formed a committee, who would have elected a sub committee, who in turn formed a working party to calculate the threat, passed legislation and made sure the Air Force was equipped to deal with the problem. (Or more than likely under equipped). The yanks would have drooped the bomb and the war would have been over.
Bush: no doubt he would have started the Blo-dy war in the first place

A very unreal question but for what it's worth we know Old Tony has got balls when it comes to UK being in wars, its his limp wristed party that would have appeased Adolf all the way.
But turning to documented fact we all know how bad Hitler was no excuses but reading history it seems that Germany and the attack on Russia stopped the idea's of Old Stalin of invading western Europe around 1944/45 which would have solved all of europes problems as we would have all been red.

Battle of Britain was won by superior RAF aircraft technology and the discovery of radar, not politics. Had Blair been in power, the same would have happened.
Churchill was rubbish with military strategy. In WWI he ordered an assault on the Dardanelles in Turkey, which failed horribly with thousands dead. It was his power as an orator which made him a great PM.
As for Bush, I'd probably be speaking German now. Actually, I'd probably be buried in a ditch near a concentration camp.

If Blair had been in power then, by his antics that I have seen he would not have declared war, he would have been to Germany only to find out how to run Britain on the same lines and have made himself a president for life. Bush would have been shitting himself as I believe that Hitler had the USA on his hit list.

Yeah, because Blair would have teamed up with old Adolf, and said Russia had weapons of mass destruction and must be invaded, then after stealing any oil they had, Hitler would have been Knighted, and Blair would have got the Iron Cross with oak leaf cluster. Then the world have been divided into two between King Tony and King Adolf........ The end. :)

I personally doubt that Hitler would have wanted to come, and anyway if he did, Blair' would immediately have placed him on The New Years Honours List. Baron Adolf of Third Reich, or Sir Adolf.
