I, myself am pro-life.
People have choices, the most important thing to remember is we as a nation need to protect life. Protecting life is more important than choice.
I hate it when the pro-choice crowd deems pro-lifers as using religion as their only weapons.
First and foremost, many people in the medical field oppose abortion. They know the most. Secondly, it's ridiculous to think that religion is their reason. Yes, sometimes they mention "God" only because the US is a country "Under God".
It's ridiculous to assume that the pro-life crowd is only pro-life to promote their religous beliefs on others. That's wrong! That's like saying religous people are the only ones against homicide.
Abortion has never helped families have wanted children anyhow. Most abused children are from parents who want them (but for the wrong reasons).
I can see abortion being done for the life of the mother However, the life of the child should be preserved too.

good for you with the pro-life thing
people have choices, and these are choices for THEM to make, not you to make for them
A great many pro-lifers do use religion as their main justification
how many people in the medical field? so when a doctor is against abortion because of God, thats okay because the US is "based" in Christianity? Are you even listening to yourself? Do you even know what critical thinking is?
If my mother had not had an abortion before she had me, she would have died, so how is there no families that have been helped by abortions? or the families where the mother chose to have an abortion before she finished high school so that she could get a college education and actually be able to financially support the children she had later?
can you provide a source for that "abused children" thing?
in many cases the life of the fetus can't be preserved, if it even had the chance to grow in the first place. Ever hear of ectopic pregnancies?
by the way, the "evidence" that abortion is bad for women has been debunked and disproved. check your sources.

I am pro-life. If a person chooses to have sex then they should be ready for the consequences that may come with it. Their is a lot of evidence that abortion is not only painful & cruel for the child, but can be dangerous for the mother as well. Not just physically, but certainly mentally. The only thing I am undecided about is if a woman was raped. Even then if you don't want the baby you should maybe take the morning after pill, but I am not sure of the physical effects from that. I have a 23 month old son and it was the most amazing feeling having him grow inside of me. I considered myself a mother before my child was even born. It is a life!!!!!

professional selection. i do not precisely approve abortion as an ethical selection, yet i imagine that if a woman needs to get an abortion, she must have each proper to. i'd under no circumstances get one myself except there replaced into an situation that should be risky to me and/or the newborn (alongside with ectopic being pregnant) or if I were ever raped (God forbid). I also imagine that no count number what the regulation says, everybody is continuously going to favor abortions. i'd a lot somewhat have those people get their abortions achieved in a sparkling enviroment with assistance from a well being care service who's regularly occurring with of what the hell they are doing than in some again alley with a coat hanger.

I wouldnt have an abortion but I wouldnt take someone elses right away to have one nor would I judge them for having one. Pro life ppl usually never had an abortion in the 60's when they used coat hangers and the women died also, or the baby was born deformed. Were in America where everyone is allowed to have an opinion. Most abused children are from parents that didnt want them, couldnt afford them or have money or metal issues in their life and cant handle the stress of a child. Many parents that abuse their children were abused as children and dont know how to be parents, just like boys that watch mommy beaten up by daddy grow up to smack their wife around.

It comes down to who's more important, the woman or the baby growing within the woman. I'm for the baby.

its hard to say. because having a baby for a 15 year old mom is really not right if they really dont want to do it. And yeah their actions should have consequences. But what if they did not consent when the baby was concieved?
Im pro life, but i think it has to go deeper than just one or the other.

I guess it goes the same way as people who hear when someone is pro-choice, they think they're pro-murder. Pro-choicers are also pro-lifers, they just believe people should have a choice. I'm a pro-choicer and I believe it's between the mother and God. not anyone elses decision.....

I hate it when pro-lifers get out their soap box when they clearly have not walked a mile in someone else's shoes.
