Detoxification?

Just wondering if anyone could give me insight on which detoxification has worked well for you or someone you know? There are so many out there, I just dont know where to begin?

this is for dieting reasons, not to eliminate any illegal drugs.....

if you live in southern california, there are NOT!! ENOUGH DETOX CENTERS TO HELP ALCOHOLICS OR ADDICTS TO get off booze, chrystal meth, cocaine, or any other mid altering drugs! depends on what you are kicking! proper rest, vitaimins, good nutrition, and time!! are waht helps the body get the poison out of you! with alcoholics, with the dts, medicine may be needed, like a valium to kill the shakes! with heroin, medical help may be necessary also. i am alcoholic and went through horrible withdrawels with the dts! it ook a week, but after the worst was over, i have not teturned to drinking! that was 6 years ago! detoxing simply is no easy process! after years of drug aor alcohol abuse, the body will pay a price for it! but with rest, nutrition, vitamins, and necessary medicine, in a week most alcoholics and herion adddicts feel better, and then it is time to learn how!! to live alcohol and drug free! and that means A.A OR N.A!

these pills called goldinsil work real good for me. i gave my p.o. a urine sample and they didn't detect the weed. by the way the goldinsil pills are commonly used for patients who suffer from glaucoma. but nevertheless it works.
