Pizza is always good and you'll no doubt have leftovers to take with you to work other days so its not a bad idea once in a while. But you'd be better off to make something in advance that can be reheated and enjoyed at work so you dont have to buy dinner so often and so you eat healthier.
Some Healthy Suggestions:
-A simple mix of rice and black beans. Add in a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
-Stirfry Vegetables: Some broccoli, peppers, onions, and peas in the wok for a few minutes, then mixed with a bit of olive oil (or soy sauce) and some sesame seeds makes a nice little meal and is super quick.

Pizza is expensive when you do it all the time... When I was working the evening shift I'd suck it up and have leftovers or toast with cheese, etc. during the week....then after work on friday or saturday when I was heading downtown to meet up with friends i'd splurge and get a couple of pieces of pizza.

Try this, toast bread on one side only then toast lightly on other side. Rub some fresh garlic on the lightly toasted side, toast again, if you watch the toast the garlic you have rubbed on will slightly bubble take bread out lightly spread tomato puree on and top with cheese sliced onion mushrooms whatever you like. Lovely and much cheaper than a pizza. You may not have these ingredients to hand for tonight but you could try in the future. Garlic salt, onion salt etc can be just sprinkled on for extra flavour and will keep in your cupboard for months. Also if you want to add meat it needs to be cooked first because of the short amoUNt of cooking time. You could use nan bread or pitta [un-sliced] and its easier to eat with a knife and fork as the bread "bends" don't want you having any slip ups on my account.. God don't I go on, hope I have been of some help to you.....

Besides, the money - the calories add up. Maybe you can supplement the pizza w/ some veggies?
How about beans on toast? Breakfast for dinner is okay too (scrambled eggs, crumpets, etc.)
Or make a Shepherd's pie on Sunday & re-heat for Monday night.
Soup & sandwich make a good dinner. Fruit for dessert.

Stop at the store and buy a ready-made pizza crust. Add one small jar of sauce, a little pack of olives, pepperoni, whatever--top it with cheese and heat it up for
15 minutes--Viola! Pizza on a budget.
next time, I'll give you a homemade crust recipe, which is even more frugal.
Good luck

I think you should go with the pizza. If you drop ten pounds don't you think it'll be worth it? You can eat it on the way home so you can just go to bed when you get home! Hope it helps.

If I had enough money, and didn't feel like cooking, then I would get pizza. If you don't have any money to buy the pizza, that's when I would say "I have to cook something"

buy some worcester sauce or - even better - some Coleman's English Mustard, and make that cheese on toast. Get some nice ham as well. Much nicer than pizza.
