my bf doesn't get jealous at all. like at the bar a guy slapped my a.ss and i told him and he was like the dude was drunk and so are you so don't worry about it.
our roommated kissed me later that night... with tongue and i told him and he was like tash, he's trashed and i'm sure he feels bad enough about it if he even remembers it and yes, i'm angry but i'm not gonna start stuff because he was drunk.
the fact that he doesn't show jealous worries me.
does he trust me or does he just not care???

Sure he trusts you and does not care. Some guys are like this. I, myself, I'm like this. My gf is free to do as she wants and I don't get jealous. It's just not a big deal to some guys.
He also might want you to stand up for yourself. The whole 'guy protects helpless woman' is a bit out dated. You can tell the guy yourself not to pinch or kiss you.
