Yes this is a bicycle NO MOTOR just pedals.

By comparison (these are road bikes)

The pros in the tour de France get high 90's early 100's only on the steepest descents. The one hour record on a current U.C.I bike (pro's road bike) is 49.7 km/h (Ondřej Sosenka)

Realistically, you can go pretty quick. On my mountain bike with the slicks on it and going down 'The Hill' I''ve hit a max of 76 km/h. But you gotta ride up it, first!

what kind of bike? Mountain, race, or special recumbent bike in shell.
