i dont think there is a hard and fast rule here. i just do what comes naturally in the moment. there have been times when it definitely enhanced!

I believe kissing with your eyes closed is a sense of intimacy, it shows you are really into that kiss and making a connection at the time...When you open your eyes seems like you are just wondering around.. and wanting to finish.. a sign of lost connection..
personally i love closing my eyes when i kiss my bf.. it feels like a dream =)

For me to keep my eyes open enhances intimacy. Watching my spouse while I'm kissing her is that much more intimate to me. I can tell if she's enjoying or not. She keeps hers closed most of the time and that makes it even better. Like she doesn't know I'm "watching"!

It ruins it. You close your eyes to concentrate on the moment/feel the passion/etc.
If your eyes are open, you are recording events around you and not paying attention to the kiss. Plus if a person is 3-D to your face, how much enhancement can you get if you are just concentrating on them? Are their eyes open? Are you looking into their soul?

kissing with your eye open ruin the intimacy because when your eyes close you get in the mood and when ur eyes open u don't feel nothing

Well, it's kind of hard to kiss with your eyes open - you would go cross-eyed! I'd say it would ruin the intimacy and made it funny!

I dont really think it makes a difference
Although eyes open can make you a bit more self conscience i think
It is also easy to get distracted
I prefer eyes closed, so i can get into the moment without distractions
When i see people kissing with their eyes open, it always reminds me of goldfish, they swim with their mouths and eyes open, its weird looking lol

I think it ruins it because its something your suppose to feel and get lost in. With your eyes open your not concentrating on the kiss.

I love kissing with my eyes open but not with just anybody. If it is with someone you love it enhances everything. There is a total feeling of trust and love when you can look your lover in the eye.

I like kissing with my eyes open and closed. I think it's a curiosity thing and it enhances things for me =) I can see how much he's really into being intimate with me, now if his eyes are open, "Houston, we have a problem". And really, when I do see how much he's into me that way, it makes me feel like a million bucks! =)

Good question. I'm dating a guy who kisses me with his eyes open and I have my eyes closed.
