I would like to find the 54th street bar and grill gringo dip recipe. Do you know where I can find it?

54TH STREET GRINGO DIP

1 large package (16 to 20 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, cut in cubes
1 cup Rotel
1/4 cup chopped green onions (the white circle area by the root)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Close but needs something.

try recipezaar.com. I just checked, and they have recipes for "gringo" if you type it in. one of those might be your recipe beacuse I don't know what gringo dip is.

pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo and cayenne pepper. Served with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. Surely it can't be that hard to make this?
