I am doing a research paper on them and I am against them, I think that some are dangerous and ineffective, and my teacher says I need to say something good about them and I just can't think of what to say. You're help would be greatly appreciated! Thank-You!

Most anytime you lose weight properly it's beneficial.

You can speak to plans like Nutrisystem etc by teaching that they show if you eat smaller meals more often it's more effective than pigging out 3 times a day. It also offers smaller portions and limits the salt content.

If you are not smart enough to decrease your portions or how to properly prepare meals, I am sure it's a benefit.

Eating balanced, properly portioned meals and exercising are key. There is almost NO WAY you can't losed weight by doing those things.

All that weight loss in a pill garbage is silly.
