Watch this video

Go to CNN.com and watch the video about the 13 year old boy charged with 128 felony charges. In the video the reporter says when child services visited the childs home, they discovered several issues, one of which was clothing on bare wires.

Ok, call me STUPID, but what in the world does clothing on bare wires mean? This seems like government is going even more nuts than I dreamed possible. what is your take on all this?

The reporter stated "clothing on bare wiring", so that would mean that there were wires exposed and clothing was placed on top of them -- both of which are electrical and fire hazards.

unless the clothes are on bare electrical wires, what's the problem? AND, I have never seen a 13-year-old defendant's picture and name plastered all over the place like I have this kid.

Well...another stupid question as I didn't go to the website. Do they specifically mean "hangers' or are they referring to stripped electrical wires?

But..if not I have to concur with you. Unless you're living with Joan Crawford i don't see what the problem is with wire hangers.
