There are a few things I can reccomend. First I also have a dog that eats extremely fast. She does get sick every once in a while but definetly not as often as yours. I must say I'm surprised b/c dobbermans usually have very sensitive stomachs. He may have an something wrong and I would definetly take him to the vet to get x-rays and blood work at least. Make sure there is nothing odd in his stomach. I would also start him on the bland food diet for about 4 days and if he is no longer vommiting you can start slowly mixing his regular food back in with the bland diet. Also note that when changing foods you should do it slowly because this can also cause them to get sick. The bland diet I would start right away. It cant hurt and they vet will probably reccomend it anyway. The bland diet is equal parts white rice, ground beef (not seasoned), and cottage cheese. Good Luck!

Save yourself some trouble. Call the retailer where you bought your food and ask them if if was on the recall list. It goes by not only the brand but the skew number on the can or pouch. All the recall food was wet only (canned and Pouch foods) and some of the brands taken from the shelves are NOT LISTED on the MENUFOODS LIST.

Nearly all of them. Dog foods made by "Menu".
http://www.menufoods.com/recall/
I was shocked to see that so many dog food brands were really made by one company.
My dog would not eat her Iams, I told her she was bad because she refused to eat. She was right.... I have apologized. Last night she had mashed potatoes and stuffed peppers (gravy and a little meat) and peas. What the heck... they have all the table food in the dog foods these days anyway.
If your dog is sick ... better take you dog to the vet as this poison attacks the kidneys...I read.
God Bless you and your pets.

Watch your evening news. They have been listing them and talking about this for days now. IAMS soft food, And some store brand wet foods are included.
Call your local Health Dept or Grocery Store, they can tell you also.
Don't feed any wet food at all, until you find out for sure. You don't want your dog sick or worse dead from eating it.
