I was ill last week, and I felt awful :(

Vomiting bugs either due to viruses or bacterial food poisoning are common all the time. Children get an average of 3 every 2 years. With adults it depends more on their eating and food preparation habits.

I've been lucky so far and not had it but the rest of my family have,the other week i had my grandsons stay for the weekend...we live at the seaside and while in the town they had bubblegum blue ice creams,then while playing on a flat top 2p pusher machine one of them decided he felt ill and instantly threw up all over it...it looked like toxic waste...the bug got all of them over the next couple of days

Ugh tis the season.
I knock on wood have not (I loathe this) but one of my 3 kids has had it and that and strep and a very bad cold/fever has been going around too!
Rest, liquids and rest.

Me and my son have had it 3 times in the past 5 weeks.A lot of the kids in his school have had it too.

I did. For 2 days as well as the runs and body aches, it sucked!

Yep, had it for six days - lost a stone in weight...
Nothing to be done but try to sleep it out

my 4 children and myself. real bad. house still smells sicky. i had 5 beds to change. I'm so glad i dont have carpets.
