ok there is this guy in my history class right, well he always talks to this girl sittin behind me. and he talks about how he wants to sit near me so he can mess with me. well he says he likes my bf... but in history class he flirts with me and stuff and at lunch me and this bf that he supposly likes sits by me and he stares over there. but i'm so confused about whether he likes her or me??!! and 1 of his friends says i flirt back with him! i don't try to but i just do i guess..... wat should i do??

Ok, well it seems to me like he's trying to make you jealous in saying that he likes your best friend. Obviously, he wants you to make your move first. You better do it quickly b4 he moves on.
