2 bucks at the one i go to. but since it's a private club i think they can charge whatever they want

Cheaper than other bars in the area....my experience has been they are frequently about half the price.
At my local VFW half price beers are a good thing. You'd want to drink twice as much before heading home with a patron.

pretty sure its really cheap like $1-2 for a beer but i'm also pretty sure u had to have fought in a foreign war to join the vfw and that means ww1 ww2 or korea cause they really don't like those vietnam weirdos with their flashbacks and those gulf guys r just too young to sit around all day and talk about betty davis like she's still alive

depends on the state you're in. in iowa @ the VFW it is pretty cheap. like $1.50. drinking in iowa is sooooo cheap!

In my chicago suburb it's 1.00 for a draft, 2.00 for a domestic bottle and 2.50 for an import.
