angel if you can wait until Nov....there is going to be a tattoo convention in St Louis.....lots of artists from all over the country. This could be your shot at getting some great ink.....Google tattoo conventions, St Louis.....

A tattoo shop of course.. Check you local scene and look trough some portfolios. If you see someone walking around with some bad a.ss ink, ask them where they went, and who they used. Good luck.
