You're being stabbed repeatedly by sharp needles, sometimes for hours, in the same spot, over, and over, and over again. ....To answer your question .......no it doesn't hurt. .... :)

I don't know if you mean your side or off centre on the back. I have had both done and i would get one on my back any day.
The sides is the most painful tattoo i have got so far. The sides Tattoos on anybody look impressive though.

on the side of your back. do you mean just off center? i would say yes but i'm not 100% positive what you mean by "side of your back" however i have had most of my back tattooed and i think it hurts but everybody will tell you something different.

yes all tattoos have a pain level to some degree i have many and give many i've never herd somewon say that fells great although some people do climax while getting a tattoo i have no idea why after many years as a tattoo artist it still baffles me

That's where I have mine.
Yes, it hurt. It was more of an annoyance like you want to kick something but can't. I also broke out in a sweat. But then, I can tolerate pain rather well.
I think it depends on how badly you want one. You can stand anything if you want it bad enough.

depends on the person...I have one on the side of my back...not sure if it's the same side as you were talking about but it was ok....it did hurt...ALL TATTOOS HURT...but it was bearable (i didn't run out of the place like a mad woman screaming like there was no tomorrow)

You're having needles dragged across your skin repeatedly while they vibrate very quickly. It doesn't tickle. But it's not unbearable, otherwise people wouldn't do it.
Mostly, I find it's the next day that is most uncomfortable because the area is very tender.

I have one on my back and he hurt but it wasn't that bad, people say the side is worse though. Good Luck!!

Upper or lower back?
Upper-tends to burn more. Lower-no issues as long as you're not over the lower ribs.
Its different for everyone, and truly depends on your tolerance of pain.

Have you ever gotten a tattoo? They sting a bit, then you have to care for them. I am sure it will sting there also. But after it will feel like a sunburn.
