What pet makes the loudest noise? You are asking in "Birds" so you must be asking about large birds. Parrots and Macaws can be very loud but Peacocks can really scream..Guinea Fowl can be annoying as well, especially in numbers.

Parrot are the loudest, but also the most intelligent and easiest to train. The bigger the parrot the louder. But a sun conjure, although beautiful and intelligent and great, have a very high pitch voice and love to use it.
