I'm doing Easter dinner for the in-laws. I'll have a Honeybaked ham, and a roasted chicken. The picky eaters insist on mashed potatoes & corn. Deviled eggs will be done. Any ideas on veggies/sides to go with all this?

Girlfriend, you need some color on that plate. How about some honey glazed carrots and some roasted red peppers?
