I changed my mind when I got over there though
because I have a girlfriend. After I left, my girlfriend
found out that I was there and left me. How can I clear everything up with my girlfriend and get her back? All I did was talk to the woman when I went there.

Oh Boy, I am sorry to have to tell you this but you are just out of luck with your girlfriend (if she has any sense at all) because she will never trust you ever again.
However you may still have a shot at the other one if she is not too particular about having a boyfriend that can't be relied on.

Yes, you just talked to the women when you went there, BUT you quoted "I changed my mind when I got over there though because I have a girlfriend. Well..first off...you went there WITH the intentions to HAVE sex with this other women, and then later on felt guilty about it, OR she wasn't all that you had expected. You took the initiative to meet this other women, to get to know this other women, when you were already involved!! You have been talking to her for a while, posibley online, and on the phone, who knows, but your relationship already ended, when you already secretly started talking to this other women, and went out to meet her. Learn from this, and If I was her, I would NEVER trust you again. And you know what? In her mind (girlfriend) she will never know, if anything ever truelly happend or not, so that will ALWAYS bother her, and she will always wonder. If you truly love her, let her go. And if its meant to be, you will reunite in the future.

it does not matter that you did not do anything, you though about it and seriously disrespected your girlfriend when you even considered it. If that though came across your mind once how can you know that in the future you won't cheat on her? leave her alone, you don't deserve her!
it does not matter that you have change your mind the whole point is that your were tempted.

You still went to see another woman behind her back & had actually planned on having sex even though you didnt! You can't clear things up now sorry.

In order to be trusted you have to be trust worthy. That means worthy of trust...her's in particular. Are you worthy of her trust when you went to this girl's house to have sex with her? You violated her trust when you made this plan...when you discussed this issue with another girl. I can't see a way to "clear everything up" with your girlfriend when you are the one who's at fault.

Your original intent was your undoing, therefore you've no one else to blame. Pity you weren't smarter than that at the outset.
You can talk to your gf, but if she doesn't want you back, you can't blame her. You violated her trust with your intent.
