Bake more than you fry, get frozen veggies that will keep longer and have less salt than canned and maintain crispness. Remember a little fat is still ok, flavor your food with things like lemon, garlic, onion and vinegar and pepper. They add alot of punch and life to food.

Vegetables are very healthy and easy. They cook in about 20 minutes. Try new potatoes, carrots, fresh spinach ( wash very well), fresh green beans, corn on the cob. Rather than using water for boiling, I use seasoned canned chicken broth. Season to your liking. Salads are great and refreshing in the summer. You can bake a fish filet in about 12 minutes. Just experiment to find what you like. I've had more success in the kitchen than failure... but I've bombed a few times. Keep it simple... when you start using heavy sauces and gravies and butter, you really aren't eating healthy. Good luck.

Each kind of food is good in one way.
You have to mix these kinds between your meals because meet and chicken is too necessary for health while vegetable and fruits are too necesarry too.

plus you have to make your meals only three meals a day, don't eat a lot between those meals, and passing a meal without eating is not a way to be healthy, no you have to eat them all, but don't eat too much in the same meal.

Though it costs more, look for the foods marked
"all natural, Orgnanic, no preservatives" in your grocery store.
There are also special grocery stores (usually expensive) called Whole Foods (or similar) that has nothing but the kind of foods you want to eat.

There are many cookbooks available for healthy eating. Pop into your local library and have a browse.
Most healthy eating means cooking from scratch and for this you need back to basics cookbooks.
It's an adventure, all right.

Make as much as you can from scratch--it's not as difficult as it sounds. You can buy veggies that steam right in the bag in the microwave. Adopt a 'caveman' mentality--eat whole foods such as meat, fish, veggies, berries and cut down on bread, candy, etc.
