For me, Hard liquor or mixed drinks are always best. You can get the same amount of alcohol in one shot that you get in a full glass of beer. So I don't get as full, and I don't have to pee as much.
Light beer would have less calories then most mixed drinks.
Bacardi and Diet coke has like 1 calorie.

Beer doe's no doubt about it. Mix hard liquor with diet softdrink.

I believe that beer has more calories. But they are empty calories...of no nutritional value. But I still love BEER!!!!!
