Definitely intersection. (Hills and curves are marked with double yellow lines , and you receive advance warning that they are coming up. No biggie).
However, most collisions happen at intersections and there is the added risk of pedestrian injuries as well.

On a hill or in a curve, as long as you are attentive and in your lane it isn't inherently dangerous since all traffic is moving the same direction. An intersection is where danger comes in, especially those not controlled by light.
That is where the T-bone type accidents happen.

I would vote intersection because an intersection requires people to stop and go in an orderly fashion, it requires everyone to pay full attention. Even if you are paying attention, it's possible that the person behind you isn't, so you get rear ended. If that isn't enough, you have pedestrians doing what ever they feel like and restricted visibility, especially if you are sandwiched between two trucks with another one in front of you.
