The heat bags are why people have pizza delivered. But you can bring it home by car leaving the pizza close to the heater. Or you can warm it up at home in a preheated low temperature oven. Better yet, eat the pizza at the pizzeria.

Unless you live far from where you picked up your pizza, it should stay warm. If not, just toss it in the oven for a few minutes to re-heat it. The crust will stay crisp in the oven. A microwave will soften it. Stores like Bed Bath & Beyond should sell those pizza bags you're looking for.

Of all the questions you could have asked, questions that could inspire or surprise, amuse or astound in equal measure, questions that challenge modern mindsets and established values, questions that summarise injustice with supreme rhetoric and strike a blow for human civility and compassion - you come and ask how to keep a pizza warm on the way home.
Bravo.

There should be a pizza sized cavity under the bonnet to put Pizza in! The engine would keep it warm. And give it a lovely smell of petrol. Mmm...

Eat it on the way! that way you get filled and it stays warm...mmmm pizza!

...if however you have better self control then me buy a record sachel sort of thing and line it with newspaper (verrry good insulator) pop the box in there and carry it home. Very cheap and effective!

A trick my grandmom has been using for years to transport hot food... wrap the box up in several layers of newspaper. It acts as extra insulation. Also works with pots and glass dishes.
