Hello, my best guess is Lazoghly can be intrepreted as Lazoglu (the son of Laz - Laz is a nation of people living in Turkey). Fazoghly does not mean anything at all.

LAZOGHLY ==> must be LAZOGLU
it refers to people who live on the Black Sea coast of Turkey

As for FAZOGHLY, it must be a word just to make a rhyme to lazoghly. Most probably you gathered these words from a song text or something??

Some more info as to your source might give us a better idea as to interpretation of those words.
