where can find list of loans financed by the owners?

No such list as there is no one to pay for printing it .
Look under listings that are FSBO (for sale by owner)
and see if any say OWC ( Owner Will Carry )

A loan contract is private information. It's a contract between a lending institution and a borrower. No one is going to give you a "list" of their borrowers.
