I love to do this when I know I have a busy week.
I buy a large pork loin, rub a little oil on, sea salt and pepper and bake in tin foil, 350 for 2 hrs. or until done. I serve the first night with a potatoe and salad and save the rest to shred and add open pit thick and tangy bq sauce and heat for next night for bq sandwiches and fries.

Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 each 1-1/4 inch thick lean center cut boneless pork chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation:
Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry and garlic for the marinade; pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove the chops, from marinade and grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserve marinade.
Cook to an internal temperature of 150 degrees. Do not overcook.

Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, halved
3 pounds pork tenderloin
DIRECTIONS
Mix together soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour over pork, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Remove pork from marinade, and place on rack of shallow roasting pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F/71 degrees C.
We serve with stuffing and corn or green beans.

pork roast is SO easy!!!!!!!!!!! Make a mustard & honey glaze and pour that over the top in a baking dish with a little olive oil on the bottom of the pan. Low (350) degrees for a long time until the top looks almost crispy!

I love breaded pork chops
Put porkchops in a shallow ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers, cover with cream, dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Marinate 300 grams of sparerib with 2 teaspoons each of soy sauce, tomato sause and sugar (honey) for 30 mins. Pan fried it until cook. It taste salty, sweet and sour. Sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil when serve.
Easy and straightforward. Minimal skill needed. Very easy to learn for beginner.

i love mairnated pork loins
the marnade i use is
orange juice and tabasco
and like pepper salt and garlic let marnate for like 3hours the slow grill YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
