Yes it does but you can cook chicken using either.
The ovenproof dish will help moderate and hold the temperature better, while aluminum doesn't hold heat well at all.
Clay bakers work the best, followed by cast iron, porcelain, corning ware, granite, steel, aluminum, etc. Going down the line.

Cooking food wrapped in foil keeps the juices in...which makes the meat more succulent.

I wrap all kinds of meat in foil. It is less mess and cooks just as well.

its nice to cook in foil. and i put chicken breast in the foil to cook.with salt and pepper.its Delicious.

no they will work both the same you will get juicy chicken breasts i always use tin foil, stops my chicken going dry round the legs an wings .
