It will hinder your ability to rent via an agency because people that use agencies put an emphasis on credit. But you might be able to find a person that believes that there are good people with bad credit scores. Due to unforeseen circumstances anyone can fall victim to bad credit scores. However, all you have to do is to establish some positive credit and after a while it may start to outweigh the bad.

the answer is no
you can NOT rent an apt with bad credit ppl who own apts have been screwed so much that they want ppl who pay their bills and that is what a credit report does lets them know
1) can you afford it
if you have a huge truck payment and lots of CC's you can't afford 700 a month and still pay your bills
2) you pay your bills that means you will pay your rent on time and in full
find someplace that is not a huge apt complex
a duplex or a place owned locally don't usually do credit checks

Often bad credit has trouble renting, many renters have good credit but insufficient income or down payment to get a mortgage.
If you have bad credit , look through the rental classifieds for listings from independant landlords.
Not as many of them do credit checks , make sure to offer them your employment references to move away from a credit check.

there is quite some variables. How undesirable is your credit? credit rankings are form of like motor vehicle insurance. The greater those days you have neglected funds, statistically you're plenty greater in all possibility to pass over them back. As time is going on and you're making well timed funds, statistically you're plenty greater in all possibility to maintain making well timed funds. How long has the valuables been on the apartment marketplace? How stable is the credit of your roommate and your co-signer? shop strengthening your credit. sturdy success.
