I would remove the padding and wash it very hot water with detergent that has bleach alternative. Put it in the dryer with high heat to kill all germs. When you put it back on the stroller I would spray it down good with Febreeze. If your padding doesn't come off I would use warm water with soap using a scrub brush to clean. Use a hair dryer to dry it. Always use high heat on anything you think may have bacteria...the heat kills it! Febreeze is always a plus to make it smell fresh. The stroller will be just fine...no need to get another, use it til it falls apart!

You can also unsnap all (or most) of the fabric and throw it in the washer and let it air dry. Our baby stuff was in our moldy basement and I did that to everything and it bounced right back! You may have to WD40 the wheels and axles as well as any moving parts

You can mix up a soap and water mixture, then use a sponge or scrub brush to wash the whole thing. Then spray it down with water and let it dry. You may even be able to remove the padding and wash it in the laundry.

Just let it dry out. You can spray it down really well with Lysol to prevent the mold from forming. I'd get as much snow off as possible, spray down with Lysol and then bring it inside in the warmth to dry out.

I don't know what kind of fabric your stroller is made out of, but you may be able to wash the stroller with bleach and water. I also just looked up this website and thought it might help you also: http://72.14.203.104/search?q=cache:Fdgj4ORiFzwJ:www.care2.com/channels/solutions/home/14+natural+killers+for+mold&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us

You didn't miss it all winter?? You need to wash all the padding and possibly soak in bleach to kill any mildew. I would seriously look t a new one though at a place like a secondhand store, consignment shop, or freecycle or craigslist. You can see if you have a local freecycle in your area by looking it up at http://www.freecycle.com
