then don't get one on the back of your neck. you have a whole body to utilize. pick somewhere that would not be visible during 9-5 hours.

Generally your interviewer wont be looking at the back of your neck during interviews. I think it'd be alright as long as it wasn't something offensive. If I were you I'd wear your hair down for the interview just incase though. Unless you want to be up front and honest about it right away, you could ask if it would pose as a problem if someone saw your tattoo. If so then tell them you can cover it for work hours (you can buy make up thats made specifically for covering up tattoos)
If you don't feel like going to all that trouble I'd suggest getting it a bit lower(bottom of your neck...top of your back?) so that a regular shirt would cover it.

I have one on the back of my neck that I designed, and dang it, I still love it. My hair is in a transitional stage where it's too short to pull back in a ponytail..but as soon as I can, you can be sure I am going to be showing off my ink again!
Go to several different parlors if you don't want to go back to the one where you got the other two done. Ask if you can look at some portfolios of the artists that work there. Find one that you think looks the most professional-and take it from there. There is nothing wrong with being a bit picky about who does your ink.

Just wear your hair down for job interviews. After you nail the job down, start showing your tat. A little each day you know. Like when you adjust your hair or something. Once everyone knows about it show it all the time.

Well you really don't have to wear your hair down. If you have the tattoo covered half way you wont get into trouble. I promise
