There are antichrists now. The Bible warns us that there are many antichrists, not just one.
"Little children, it is the last hour: and as ye heard that antichrist cometh, even now have there arisen many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last hour."-- 1 John 2:18
"For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist."--2 John 1:7
The Bible explains who the antichrists are. They are the ones who deceive the true believers of God and his Son, Jesus and the ones who try to turn such faithful ones away from the truth. They teach the doctrines of men.
"And he said unto them, Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoreth me with their lips, But their heart is far from me. So who is it that it is written is coming before the real Christ. Again it is Satan coming to tell you he has come to rapture (fly) you out of here. He will say that this is the first time he has come. and that the other one that died on the cross was a phony. Man what a super loser!!

We are not to know this right now. Christians will all ready be in Heaven when the anitchrist comes into power.
