I'm not sure what exactly you are asking...but I can give you the answer I think that will help.
Stylists have some things such as texturizing shears. The cut out chunks of hair to give the hair some texture when styling.
There is also what we call a REtexturizier which is a chemical treatment similar to a relaxer or straightener, but it's not as strong, and slightly relaxes the hair to make it easier to work with.
There are also texturizing styling products which help give your hair some separation and style.
