Didn't anyone tell you, the rapture happened last week. Jesus came and took all the worthy people to heaven.

All the Buddhists are gone.

Love and blessings Don

No not at all!

UFOs are nothing more than the government building them and test flying them. Go back to the home of the Transportation Corp in the United States Army. There you will see one of their UFOs in the museum. Oh its the Hampton Roads area.

Eric, there is in fact scripture that supports the "rapture". The word rapture you will not find in the scriptures, but you will not find the word trinity nor Bible in scripture either. Therefore, your theory would mean that the Bible is not the Bible as Christians see it since the word is not found in scripture. Same with the word Triune!!! Since it is not there, it must not be factual eh?

You better stop riding on the hems of your pastors pants, your parents pants... get off your lazy behind and study to show thyself approved.

Do you know where the word "rapture" come from? The word in Greek is "harpazo" which when translated from Greek to Latin is "raptus"; Latin to English is "rapture".

Scripture that supports the "Rapture" theory: 1 Corinthians 15:51–52, 1 Thessalonians 4:15–17), Philippians 3:21, John 14:2–3,Luke 17:30-35

To Jan: Give book, chapter, and verse on the "catching away" is NOT biblical and is false. I bet you don't even know when the first speaking of the "catching way" "pre-trib" was spoken. Hint: It was way before the other theories out there.

It was NOT the one woman they claim to have spoken about it in the 16th century or thereabout. It is NOT the youngest of the theories either... its the oldest (Christian based theory).

So, who's standing in danger when they go against the very WORD of GOD?

No they are not the same. The Rapture is an event in the future when Jesus comes to take the living and dead believers in Him up to Him in the sky. As for UFO abductions, the stories are about people, usually asleep, who are kipnapped against their will and are tested and probed. Afterwards they are sent back with very little memory of the event. Like I said two SEPARATE things. On a side note for your research. Abductions have a similarity with the stories of fallen angels having sexual relations with humans. Their usually called incubi or succubi. The Bible said that these fallen angels did this before the Flood and also after it. Most abductions have strong similarities of a rape. There's also the stories of people seeing hybrid children. In the Bible the children of fallen angels and humans are called Nephilim. I believe they still walk the earth just with a different name and disguise: aliens. Demons are all about deception, why can't their children follow their footsteps. On a final note, I heard an interesting abduction story on a TV program once. A woman was in the process of being abducted. She saw bright lights of a craft outside and there were big-eyed gray beings at her bed. She prayed and commanded them to leave in the name of Jesus and they left quickly. Make's you wonder.

No not at all. The Rapture is about a group of silly religious people that think a savior will absolve them of their lack of responsibility for fighting for a better world. The religious do not understand religion is the abomination to what is true creation.

The Rapture is more related to the idea of a Night in shinning armor coming to save the damsel in distress.

If it is UFOs that will save some from destruction they will not choose the religious.

UFO abductions deal w/ aliens while the Rapture deals w/ Jesus, God, faith, hope, love, and a whole lot of other Christian virtues. And just so u know, Gog and Magog w/ Muslim countries have 2 go down in2 Israel, so it's a quite a ways away, although it might happen in like 30 years

Hi, i am a Christian, and I tell you that the UFO abductions make alot more sense than the rapture theory, and also its a whole lot less dangerous to believe in the ufo abductions, than it is in the rapture.
I wonder how many rapture-believers realize the actual danger in that false belief?
I mean, directly from the Holy Word of God? It is one of the most dangerous false teachings ever presented to man.
So dangerous, that it should make a person cringe.....

Sorry, no. UFO abductions are just that (that is if UFOs really exist - i don't think so) the Rapture is when Jesus will return to Earth to gather his believers. This is a very lengthy subject and there is not enough room here to write it all... if you need more info email me at glencoegrammarteacher@yahoo.com
