I'm sixteen years old and when I was sleeping last night and I went to roll over and I got a really sharp pain in my back/side area...Then when I went to sit up, I got another one in my stomach. It hurt really bad and I wasn't sure what to do, so I just went to sleep. Probably not the smartest thing to do but I was really tired.
I was just wondering if anybody could help me with what it could be, and if it's serious or not.

Have you had a bowel movement recently. You could be stopped up. This can affect from your stomach all the way to the exit. I've had lower GI problems for several years but find if I eat healthy(lots of fiber) things usually take care of themselves.

You said in another one you had a eating disorder. It could be your stomach reacting to the lack of food and nutrients it needs. Or you have many muscles in your stomach. They could have been spasming which would have caused pain. Likewise you could have pulled one and you just lay in the position that made it hurt. Maybe you need to give a bit more context as to what you were doing that day? If in doubt seek medical advice.
