Although I agree that this is a dumb question, physicists are actually working on cloaking concepts and have had some small successes.

Yes, our government got the cloaking technology from the alien ship that crashed at Roswell, and they put it on the SR-71. Wear your tinfoil hat so they can't read your thoughts. There, that's better.

A cloaking device means that it is invisible in the visible light spectrum. Only Romulans and Klingons have come up with that technology!

Not yet. We're waiting for Captain Kirk to return with the one he stole from the Klingons, but for some reason we don't see him anywhere. Strangest thing.

I don't believe the Blackbird has sealth technology...it just flys so high that most missles can't hit it and interceptor fighters can't climb that high

no,their body aerodynamics design makes radar signals to bounce off to different direction instead of back to radar dish.
