I would say it depends on if you signed any agreement or contract. If you did then unless there was a, say a 3 day back out agreement, then you are probably obligated. If it was just a verbal agreement then you could probably back out if you want too.

I THINK what you're trying to say is you were offered a settlement that you now disagree with. Basically, the answer depends on whether you've been paid or not.
If you signed a release that you have been paid in full, it means what it says and you can't renegotiate. If you haven't signed and are still in negotiations, then you'll need to come up with some good reasons why you don't feel the offer is fair.
I have no idea whether you mean damages or injury, so we'll leave the answer at this for now since really it's applicable either way.

The question makes no sense! However, if the question is referring to an offer and then the other party is back stepping, it would all depend on what's in writing! Without written agreements, you don't have much of a leg to stand on!

If you would like to restate your question with enough detail to make sense, you might get some answers. As it stands we have absolutely no idea what you are asking.

Are you stating that you agreed to a certain amount, and now you find it unfair? If so, too bad, so sad, nothing you can do about it now.
