Any scientific glass blower should be able to draw them. Most of the Glassblowers listed in big city phone book Yellow Pages are scientific glass blowers and if they don't do it should know someone who does. In colleges, the glassblower is usually a part of the chemistry department. There is a national Scientific Glassblowers association in most countries.
