I don't seem to be able to transfer songs from limewire into my itunes library. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your help. I've tried to copy and paste into library but when i click on the song i want to move, the option to copy doesn't appear!

Cut and paste them into your Itunes library from your Limewire folder. Works for me

This may not be helpful but i have the same problem and untill i work out a way, ive just been dragging them from limewire to destop then clicking on them sends them straight into itunes! but my destop looks tooo busy now.

If they are in MP3 format it should be easy. If they're not then they won't show up. Ipods generally use the Itunes software which comes with them and is MP4 which takes up less room on your computer.

you could placed any songs you have already got on your workstation into iTunes. Open your iTunes & click record/import folder. Browse to the folder wherein your track documents are stored & click on that folder. this might import all the songs from that folder into your iTunes. in case you have your iPod set up for automated sync, verify each and all of the songs you have basically further on your library has a checkmark in front of it, plug your iPod in & it is going to immediately placed the songs onto your iPod. in case you have your iPod set to manually take care of your library, you will ought to drag & drop the songs you like into your iPod.

try importing it to windows media player or real player then transfer from one of them programs..hope this was useful
