One of the other respondants knew what it was. Wow. Now throw it away.
There are several sites now on the web that you can search by "pill identifier" to help you find out what a pill is. They identify it by color, shape, imprints, etc. It comes in handy if you're a mom doing your kid's laundry and you find something in a pocket. These days with so many generic pills out there, it's hard for anyone to know all of them, even your pharmacist has to look it up on a computer. I'm glad it was only generic tylenol.

Sounds like Tylenol (or an off brand of Acetaminophen).

it doesn't matter what it is, what matters is that it is not yours and you should throw it in the toilet and flush it.
