I am a grown woman and wouldn't watch Desperate Housewives....

I'm an adult, and I don't allow it in our home, nor do we even want to see it. Personally, I wouldn't let my daughter watch it at all, even if she were an older child. There is too much about it that goes against our morals and standards, and it portrays women in really pathetic ways. Maybe that's why they're called "desparate"? But I know other families don't mind it, and in their cases I would guess maybe 16 or so would be an okay age.

well...personally I don't think I would ever let my children watch desperate housewives. It's way too much of "adult" subject matter for a young girl. MAYBE if my daughter was 17 or 18 I would allow it...but I don't think so.

I'm grown and I don't watch it-- tried to, but it's so ridiculous. If I had to put an age on it though I would say not before they are in their 20s. Not exactly great role models for teens on that show.

Personally, from what I've heard, I think it's a sleazy show and I wouldn't recommend anyone to watch it!

I would say 18, there are so many sex scenes that are graphic! Tottaly, 18 is the yongest!
