I dont like peaches but i like tinned peaches. Is eating tinned fruit healthy as long as its not in syrup?

No, fresh fruit is better for you. Less preservatives and yucky chemicals.

fresh fruit is always the best for you if you dont like to eat peaches fresh try mixing them into a smoothy you get the full benifit of the fruits and not additives

As soon as fruit is picked it starts losing nutrients so tinned fruit is nowhere near as good as fresh fruit but is better than nothing.

Fresh fruit is much better for you, but if you prefer tinned but with no syrup, then I can see it doing no harm!

Hi yes it healthy if you are eating it without syrup, but i admit fruit does taste better with the syrup on than in there own juices, but i suppose if you having them with ice cream or something that makes them taste better.

clean is maximum suitable yet tinned is extra appropriate than no fruit in any respect! continuously decide for the fruit in its very own juices quite than syrups... tinned fruit does count type as part of your '5 an afternoon' so hiya, its no longer that undesirable.

Fresh fruit is better, but if you get canned ones, make sure there is no sugar added.

It is not as good as fresh fruit, of course, but it is WAY better than a bag of chips or cookies.
