That way, you don't run out of anything.

I would say 1200 eggs, 1600 sausage and 20 boxes of pancake mix...don't forget the syrup and the butter!

Probably 3 eggs, 6 pancakes, and 3 sausages per person should be sufficient. Toast and jam is a good filler for people who are still hungry.
